How an engagement works.

  1. We start with what you run

We look at the systems you have, the work people do around them and the requirement the business is asking for. You get a written assessment: what to keep, what to build first and what it will cost.

  2. You work with the people who build it

The senior engineers who assess your systems are the ones who build them. There is no hand-off to a separate delivery team and no account manager in between. The team starts at the size the work needs, and grows or shrinks as the project does.

  3. You get a proposal before anything is built

It sets out the scope, what will be delivered, the fees and the terms. Longer engagements have agreed points where we review direction together.

  4. You see working software early

Your users work with each release while it is being built, and what they find shapes the next one.

  5. We stay after launch

We keep running and developing the system as the business asks for more.

  6. Or your team takes over

If you want your own engineers to own the system, we train them and hand over the code, documentation and environments. Medha Learning Foundation took this route.
