What this site collects
The message form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, the reason for contact, budget and timeline. Booking a call asks for your name, email address, the time you pick and your time zone, and optionally your company and what you would like to discuss. Nothing else on the site asks for personal information.
What happens to a message
Your message is stored in a database run by Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region. It is then emailed to the Wysbryx team, with your email address set as the reply address, and the emails stay in our mailboxes for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry. You also get an email from hello@wysbryx.com saying we have received your message. That email does not repeat what you wrote.
Booking a call
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which shows the calendar on this site and sends you the invitation and reminders. The call is added to our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. Cal.com sends us a copy of each booking, change and cancellation, which is stored in the same database as messages and emailed to the team. Cal.com and Google keep their own copies under their own privacy policies.
Bot check
The message form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. It looks at signals from your browser, and when the form is sent we pass Cloudflare your network address to confirm the result. Most visitors never see it. Cloudflare’s privacy policy covers this check.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the form service keeps a hashed record of your network address and a ten-minute time window. That record holds no message content and is deleted automatically after twenty minutes. Your network address is not stored with your message or booking.
How long we keep it
Stored enquiries and bookings are kept for 24 months from the day we receive them, then deleted.
Cookies and storage
The site’s own pages set no tracking cookies and run no analytics. If you switch the colour theme, that preference is kept in your browser only. Three parts of the site load content from other companies: the Google map on the contact page, the Cal.com booking calendar, which loads only when you choose Book a call, and Cloudflare Turnstile on the message form. Each is subject to that company’s privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the 24 months are up by writing to hello@wysbryx.com. You can reschedule or cancel a call from the Cal.com invitation.
