Plan, build and connect your systems.

Consulting clarifies the decisions; development turns them into working systems.

Architecture reviews, product planning and technology decisions grounded in operational requirements.

WysOP, the shared foundation.

How WysOP fits together

Users, roles, workflows, notifications, audit, reporting and APIs are built once and reused by every application on the platform. ERP, payroll, banking and single sign-on stay where they are and integrate.

New requirements are built on the foundation already in place.

A delivery model you can inspect.

The HR platform case study

For one engagement, a hire-to-retire HR platform for a global IT-services corporation, we measured thirteen months of delivery from the repositories themselves, from 4 August 2025 to 4 September 2026. The figures below are counts from commit and pull-request history, not estimates.

Review and merge happen the same day; releases go out in scheduled trains. The merge time describes how long a change waits for review, not how quickly it reaches production.

16
engineers in a median month, 18 at peak
12

10,076

What the model leaves out

In this engagement the team works without a sales or account-management layer, without an offshore-to-onshore handoff, and without proprietary platform licences. Those are choices about structure, and they are why the cost of the work is what it is. They are not a discount.

Limits of the study

The counts describe volume and cadence for one engagement. They say nothing about defect rates, business outcomes or how another project would run. Team size varied across the period.
