Use of this site
This website presents Wysbryx and its work. Content is provided for general information; it is not an offer, and project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed only in a written proposal.
Intellectual property
The Wysbryx name, logo, and site content belong to Wysbryx. Client names and marks belong to their respective owners. Publication permissions are reviewed separately for each engagement.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we correct errors when they are pointed out, but we make no warranty that everything on it is complete or error-free.
Engagement terms
Work we deliver is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, not by this page. That agreement covers scope, confidentiality, IP ownership, and payment terms.
